Being a geek dance specialist myself I can critique this fairly accurately.

The gentleman that the camera mainly focuses on is obviously the driving force in the dance floor. The band look to him for all the energy to keep them going. I'm suspecting most other dancers have left the floor because he has wiped it with them. I note his slightly jumpy friend. I suspect the "Jumpy Friend" is trying to chop things up a bit to gain the attention of the remaining dancers. Obviously this does not work.
