Guiliani says here that the buildings "imploded." He also states that he believed the Towers would fall "in stages." He was advised of implosive staged collapse.

His statements show foreknowledge. The stages of collapse were of a complex controlled demolition. He had to have been informed of "the stages." The stages included explosions in the basement then, shaped charges went off then, nano-thermite went off.

Guiliani also doesn't explain why he claimed he was inside a "collapsed" building.

Guiliani forced the firefighters to use radios that didn't work. Guiliani knew the firefighters couldn't be warned. A fireman had to send on foot. Steve and Zarillia almost died sending the other firefighters warning that collapse was imminent. It was so imminent that Guiliani ran away in a hurry and he didn't wait to warn firemen of imminent death. He let the buildings fall on the men. He wanted to be president &claim to be a hero. He did nothing to save those firemen.

Whoever warned Guiliani of the collapse likely knew a controlled demolition was just about to bring down the N Tower. Guiliani ran for safety just before the N Tower fell.

Frame 2:45 to 3:35 there is no mention of Guiliani being in the Office of Emergency Management. He's not there. He's gone outside and set up at Barclay Street as Guiliani states in other interviews. Go to your local fire department and ask them if this is true. All good fire departments know building construction pretty good. Ask them what temp steel will fail. It is true. I spent well over a thousand hours in classroom learning from over 10 different departments and well known fire professionals, this building had strong possibilities to collapse. I am not an expert. But last time I checked the WTC 1 and 2 and a power down 11 days prior to the actual collisions. Certain a few hundred highly trained people can individually set up what was needed in strategic locations.
