  • This is that tone! DAMN...if these are the newer PRS amps they are getting ALOT better. Much smoother and really stands out and cuts in a really good way! Bravo PRS.

  • Oh...Its the very first edition, which is actually gonna save money also and it has a slightly different config. wiring wise than the newer 2 model changes since. It leaves the Bridge pup humbucking and only taps the neck pup w/push pull but activates Vintage Rail in the middle position. Sick! I have an intense love for all guitars so don't think I am a train jumper, I owned this guitar for 11 years and has more than stood the test, stands waaaay better than Gibson's do unders same treatment.

  • PRS makes one of the best guitars IMO for the price you can buy RIGHT NOW! I have a big guitar collection, meaning several PRS's, several several Gibson's Les Paul's, SG's, of course Fenders, Parker Mojo's, old Danelectro's........Out of all of my guitars the PRS Swamp Ash Special is hands down the tone machine. Maple board and Swamp Ash (Ash) Body, Nitro on the neck and thin poly on the body, It will make any and every sound and have it's own voice thats BETTER IMO than other gutiars.

  • Just fantastic, how great would it be to be able o go to namm!!

  • Thanks for posting! I was hoping someone in recorded it! That was one of the NAMM highlights for me!
