That's a great job, but I've just got 4 things:

1) You use the same elements in both your videos. Try to build something with more varity! (:

2) I don't know if it's only me, but I think there's an awful lot of windows there.

3) If you're going for a house with a good look, don't place the bathroom with windows facing the street. Since you use different windows in the bathroom, it would look better from the outside if you placed the bathroom elsewhere.

4) What's the track called? xD

Ive got this trick you can do.

U can go on the birds I-view. like when ur ABOVE the house (sort of 2D) and then you can easily put on the stairs.

It's a simple trick, I do it all the time :)
