He doesn't really fit in with DC brand in my opinion. I see him more of Marvel character then DC. I could see him doing crossovers with Spiderman, Iron Man,Captain America,The X-men, and The Avengers.

While the L'il Romeo theme rendition isn't my cup of tea, I think I like the 3rd intro where both Static and HotStreak get a little more character detail. Although it's probably just for nostalgia's sake because HotStreak was always my fav villain in the comic books

XD Incidentally, the costume Static wears in the show he only wore in like 4 issues of the original comic book. I always thought that was funny.
