  • From what I've read, Jeff apparently failed to return the fuel source selector to the main tanks after takeoff. What he describes at 7:45 is precisely what he forgets.

    It's such a shame, he was obviously a very talented and knowledgeable person. I really enjoy these videos, so I think he has left a good legacy in the world of aviation.
