This is probably a dumb question but what kind of crackers are those? I've never seen their like before, then again I live in the U.S. and only really eat two kinds.

i believe the black stuff is wax, that's what they cover most cheeses with as far as i know.

The stuff they put around cheese is usually wax.
That was a very high blue vein cheese per cracker ratio; I felt a little bit nauseous watching that.
