They said it will be about genetic tampering, as they have already brought back the dinosaurs. On top of that, Spielberg will only be producing it, and Joe Johnston will probably be directing. I highly doubt it will capture the essence of jurassic park. A movie about making genetically mutated monsters by Joe Johnston maybe wouldn't be my kind of thing.

It makes me laugh how they believe 3D would make Jurassic Park 4 the best, despite that 3D looks completely shit. The only way to make 3D better is either enhancing it (no 3D glasses attached) or dump the whole visual element in the river. My suggestion is just stick to IMAX.

Spielberg is a hack these days.He's lost his touch.Everything he does is corny, in love with itself, and completely unnecessary.Having said that, all three Jurassic Park films are solid. I loved the first one and appreciate how they split up the original cast and placed one group in JP2 and Grant's group in 3. Instead of Dino Commandos like the Sayles script calls for, why not have an actual conclusion to the series with the entire main cast from the original that wraps everything up?Why reboot?

Jack Horner says there's a script already done. But the producers of the franchise say there's no script at the moment although it's being talked about. I don't have any more faith now after it's been roumured and cancelled so much.

@BlindBotInc 3d is cool when they do it right and put effort into it. The problem is that it's easy to just cram it in your movie and charge more for tickets because it's 3d, so now everyone is doing it to make a few extra bucks and the box office is so saturated with 3d movies that it's become a cliché. I really like Spielberg though, his movies are usually top quality so I think he could pull it off, but I'd rather him just focus on great effects without 3d like his other movies.

Jurassic park 4, fab. news ! I love Jurassic park in particular the first Jurassic park movie was really amazing ! I loved every minute watching the first movie, I saw it 5 times or more, I never got fed up, it still surprises me ! bit disappointing the second movie ' Lost world ' as the actors were different a part for one or two actors from the first cast movie. I hope to see the same cast from the first movie in this new movie but I guess this will be difficult after so many years.

Not to be mean but I think that there will be no Jurassic park 4. That's because the writer of the Jurassic park series sadly died a couple of years ago. Also if you didn't notice, Steven spielberg has been spending more time making other movies such as captain america and super 8 ( I hate both of those movies).
