It got cut at episode 103 because the maker/author of D. Grey-Man broke her hand, so thus they cut it short. The manga is continuing monthly, and sometime this year season two or a movie is suposed to come out.

Thank you for posting this video! The episode didn't come out that long ago, so I'm not surprised at the voices. (In fact, I would be surprised if the voices WEREN'T there.) Either way, it's a nice song, and if people are paying so much attention to the voices, then I don't think they're focusing nearly as much on the melody as they should.
