@TD625G 1000hp in any car has the chance of problems, metal has its limits and engines are still very complex things a small valve problem could blow everything, but from what ive seen and experienced straight type motors really do seem more relaible handeling this sort of power then convential large capacity v types, that seem to need a rebuild every few passes while theres rb26s/30s in aus that have done over 80 passes whilst pushing over 1000ps! cant say the same for the gearboxs
