This is a perfect example of godless communism trying to control the Chinese Catholics. The communist government thinks that they can thumb their noses at Rome and The Holy See won't take action. Shame on them for ordaining a man who is not worthy to hold the office of bishop. They (the commie bishops) should all be excommunicated and then suffer for it.
