i believe he is using a Project 64 emulator, which has cheats for the ROM built in, or a game shark for a normal 64.

@RedneckArkieGal92 Actually dude if you can get the mirror shield then you can get the gauntlets too. I am not sure if you can really get the weapons that early in the game but, yeah you would be able to get both.
