  • I have been training with cast iron KB for a year. Nice video.

How do I get in the competition ? I am 47 years young LOL.

  • all theyre really doing is excercising...

  • Why do a lot of people in th US use the hollow kettlebells? all mine are solid and much smaller in size.

  • The hollow ones are the pro kettle bells. I think its so that for a large range of wieghts you have the same size bell. To perfect your technique and not have to change it as you move up to a heavier weight. Solid ones are good too.

  • @jimmythedirt I believe you're correct. By making it hollow, you can adjust the weight without adjusting the size, which would make it better for competitions. Makes sense.

  • Thanks im the guy 3rd from the right in the red ou shorts

  • nice jerking =]

  • what weight are they using?

  • 16kg each bell

  • yeah im the one third from the left no i know the side rack sucks and iv recently just got the center rack down so my numbers have gone up big time... but for the jumping i cant quit that

  • yeah im the one third from the left now i know the side rack sucks but iv recently got the center rack down so my numbers have gone up big time

And why is third guy from left Jumping?

they are young, they should learn "normal" rack
