@tom10us If they're Turkish, it may be an echo of the traditional outdoor wrestling oiled up in leather pants, where it's permissable to put your fist down your opponent's pants to get leverage to turn him on his back. You see that all the time in that style of wrestling, only it is presumed you are not doing it for other purposes, such as grabbing anything.
