Could have been a lucky juxtaposition with the ISS, which can sometimes be seen in daylight. I've seen the ISS in late afternoon in December from Scotland. It travelled west to east, at the same speed as this object and around 25-35 degrees above the southern horizon.

If I am not mistaken, I believe the video is being shot with the camera in the vertical position. Which would make something crossing the sky look as if it is coming from the bottom to the top. (I think the video is shot in the vertical because that jet has to be pretty high to create those contrails.)

When the evaporated water reaches a certain alt, it freezes in formations. This is a Boeing 747 at an altitude over 33,000 feet. It has quad turbines on both sides.
