  • thank you so much, i really enjoy other points of view, it helps me see myself more clearer. I been talking with some friends who are on my level and i realize its best for me to communicate as much as possible especially when i cannot figure it out myself.

  • I think it is more important to be happy and we dont always need to achieve that through setting ourselves goals. For some people they may help them develop or realise their dreams but there are many other ways in which we can be happy. Goals have to feel right for you but dont feel you need them to feel fulfilled. Being a good person and learning each day can just as equally make us as happy. Things will get better for you! :)

  • I think goals can be positive and can help us progress but sometimes we can go about them in the wrong way. When we've made major changes in our lives it is easy to want so much in such a short period of time when really parts of our past travels with us and we need to work on any current problems which we still have and not rush into trying to get so much done all at once. After were feeling better we can start to work through those goals at our own pace and the positivity will start to follow

  • Follow the projects you want to do yourself; you need to do what you feel is right not always what other people think is right. Dont try and accomplish so much in so little time, to start do things in small steps and focus on something you really want to get done whether it is a project or a goal. If you try and do too much at once it all ends up coming to a standstill because we can only do so much. Things need to feel right deep down, otherwise perhaps it isnt the right goal for you.

  • It may sound easier said than done but I think when you are wanting to be more positive and see things in a different light you have to go through a sort of healing process to get where you want. This may mean you have to spend a week releasing your emotions and accepting the current problems you may have. For things to be more positive you need to heal the negative setbacks you are having and set some time aside to accept youll need to accept them and change them.

  • We all get those days where we feel something has knocked us back or changed our feelings towards something. I think its all about learning from that and trying to change your current situation into something more positive. Sometimes it is difficult to do that due to what surrounds us. It could be the people we associate with or our feelings towards ourselves that are generating the negativity but you need to quickly realise that its not what you need in your life.
