Archer also said that using power beyond his means would kill him eventually. It's possible that the white hair and everything else was 'damage' that using so much magic did to him over the years.

@KentDArnold Absolutely correct, due to the mass use of projection and strengthening and all of the variations Shirou uses during his life time his hair changes color to white, his skin darkens and his eyes become gray.

@KentDArnold Shirou was an example, shirou used Nine lives blade works and other skills used by archer, and these abilities comes with a great cost as Archer's circuits overload Shirou's body leading to his mind slowly eroding, the decay of his memories, and eventual death as his body and soul break down from being invaded by Archer's Unlimited Blade Works.

It is quite obvious and true. You do not have to own the game to know. In episode 14, it shows everything you need to know. Many things happen that is evidence that Archer is Shirou. Yes, and wikipedia has the whole story on how it happened.

Magic? Sakura has 3 looks, first was same as Rin brown hair and green eye's when she was a child, and her second look wich you saw the most is blue hair and blue eye's (or purpel XD) and her 3th look is when her Other Self awakens then her hair change's in white and eye's in red

I do remember one part ubw when archer said he lost an arm once when he tried to project something above his level, though. and he was able to give shiro one of his arms in heaven's feel, so maybe shiro loses his eyes at some point and gets new ones later?

He never lost his eyes because Archer sayd himself that at the end of his life as a Hero he wasnt rewarded, he only got betrayed, regrets and death.

I havent playd Heaven's Feel yet but, he sayd that he wasnt rewarded so if he had lost his eyes and got new eyes shoudnt that be a reward?

he wasn't rewarded doesn't mean that he wouldn't've gone out of his way to get new eyes if he lost them, just like how he said himself he lost an arm, getting (or looting) a new one doesn't mean he can't say he was never rewarded for his deeds.

No, Shirou did not a get transplant. Shirou's hair, skin, and eyes changed because of continuous and prolonged use of tracing.

It's something you can assume from the game. Heroic Spirit Emiya probably gave Saber her sheath back in his time, so his body wasn't able to keep recovering from the tracing. This probably had it's effect on his body, making his skin change color and his hair grow white prematurely. And it's said somewhere that Archer uses strengthening to increase his eyesight (which was how he was able to count the bricks on the bridge in the prologue). That's probably how hs eye's changed color.

@uDaOzzy then that means the shirou that became archer and was summoned on the 5th grail war was the shirou in the fate route since it is the only route wherein shirou gave saber back her sheath, that means he could've projected the avalon, or maybe he forgot how to do it since it''ll make him remember saber XD

@dharmdevil Incorrect. The Shirou that became Archer is from none of the routes. At most Shirou from Fate route has a 25% chance of becoming Archer, Shirou from UBW route has a 10% of becoming Archer, and HF Shirou has a 0% chance of becoming Archer.

@uDaOzzy It says in Type-Wiki that constant projection caused his eye color, hair color to fade and his skin to darken. His Clairvoyance/eyesight was increased with strengthening and Heroic Spirit Emiya is what Shirou turns into following the Fate Route. So yeah, he gave the Scabbard back

@Nairat no in the visual novel archer said that he doesn't have shirou's memorys and can only remember fragments of the holy grail war and maby in the illya route archer isn't even summoned but i guess we'll never know seeing as type-moon never finished the route and what they did have done they didn't show to the public i realy wish they would finish the route so we could know more about archer's past before he became a counter-guardian but maby someday they will but thats a small possibility.

@uDaOzzy Oh yeah, and at that scene in the prologue where Rin sees Shirou below looking up and she thought it coincidence, he was using his Clairvoyance to see her =P (strengthened eyesight)

@uDaOzzy Not so. The sheath only works if excalibur is also there (Emiya doesn't recover from wounds well without saber around). As for the changes, it seems far more likely that those occur simply due to the act of making a magical pact with the Earth in exchange for the power needed to make true his desire. His wish wasn't something like "I want the grail," it was probably wishing for a body able to do what needed to be done in his variant of history or something.
