Hi Jonathan. Been watching your videos for a few months. This is my first comment to you. On the subject of "cheesy" music, I don't tend to like it that much, but I am fond of Mel and Kim Appleby, you know those two London lasses who had a few very catchy hits like "Showing Out" and "Respectable" in the late 1980s, before Mel sadly died from cancer, aged just 23. If Mel hadn't died, I think they'd have been really big.

It´s absolutely not a favorite of mine - and it is absolutely not a shame if no one knows that song and "artist" outside the German speaking realm: In the early 90s released Helge Schneider a song with the titel "Katzenklo" (= cat toilet).

Some people say "that´s art - that´s funny"! But personal I have horrible feelings when I hear that mixture of trash and shit.
