i was thinking of buying a usb headset online is there anyway of checking if the headset has drivers for stereo mix before i buy so i know it will work with it?

@vgamer16 The only certain way to know would be to ask the manufacturer - most USB headsets do not offer stereo mix.

My microphone has the green check, but my Stereo Mix says "ready". When I go to chat, and go to settings and microphone, Stereo Mix is automatically chosen. I can't test it to see if it works because people are singing and I don't want to get booted. Guess I'll just have to go in and ask to be put on the singing list and try it. Thanks for the informative video!

@WisconsinMom When in the chat room ask one of the chat admins for a sound check - they should open up a sound check room for you to go to and they will verify you're all set to sing in chat :) Happy singing!!!

I use usb headset and theres no drivers for ... what i have to do?

@Volga2402 Unfortunately there's not much that can be done if the USB headset you're using doesn't have drivers supporting stereo mix, what-u-hear or wave out - and many of them don't unfortunately.
