The drug company that produces Marinol managed to get around the scheduling, as have some states. Dicriminalization is the first step in legalization. First the drug must be decriminalized & medicalized, then legalized. FYI: cocaine, heroine & amphetamines are Schedule 2 drugs. Are they less harmful?
