I totally agree with you, but the problem is that there have to be leaders, otherwise the world wouldn't work. There has always been a leader, even in the period of hunters and collectors. Even there was a leader in the group who said what had to be done, otherwise it just didn't work, because no1 wants to work together. And you have to work together to survive. It is said that Mark was/is a big fan of snowy (Thin Lizzy alum). Since Bird came out before Brothers I would say there is a big influence on song structure however the Brothers in arms lyric content is by far haunting and nothing to do with Bird, that being said I can't listen to Brothers in Arms without playing it at least ten times in a row. I believe Marks dad came up with the phrase why must we fight our brothers in arms witch was a comment about the Falken war
