I have learned Naihanchi Shodan, Nidan and Sandan at a seminar over the weekend, so I am into studying the applications and kata, thanks for sharing the bunkai.
nice the strike you do at the end of the flow in our system we call it koppo ken. it means extended thumb knuckle. i like to do flows to. i will have attacker slowly slip out of locks and flow into more and stuff. real time unplanned training is good. take care 5 stars
I didn't know you were in Belmont! I checked out your website, the pay as you go is really convenient. Now that college apps are over I'm looking for a job, and if I'm lucky enough to get one, I'll probably try a few lessons. Any of the hand to hand looks good, so does the arnis. Does the $150 for 4 sessions mean 4 pick and choose or 4 of the same style? Also, if I can't afford continuous weeks of lessons, could I still attend the open mat? Thanks,
