  • i h8 doin heel stretches nd bow arrows w/ my left leg...but my right is pretty good....need more practice with my left leg tho

  • PERFECT. Only thing I recomend is making sure you don't wobble.

    i think that anyone should be able to fly as long as they do it well, its kind of the same situation as me, cos like i use to fly when i first started cheer but then like i wasn't very good then cos i was still scared and that so my coach has put me to be base ever since.. :( but i would like lovelovelove to fly aswell hahah

    just ask your coach if you can have a go flying :)) x

  • this is honestly really good im a flyer and u totally should just fool around and pull that stuff on the ground because if the coach happens to see then they'll proabably try you thats what happened to my friend, just do it when you guys all stretch (:

  • @cheer4life8732 i really don't know what to tell you about the flexibility part, except stretching, because i'm just naturally flexible.... but i just have one thing to tell you. practice. that's how mine have gotten so good (:

  • is it true that if you can do the heel stretch on the leg leg.. you can do the scorpion on the right leg?.. and vice versa.. but why can i do scorpion and bow n arrow on my right leg?. yet left leg cant do the scorpion as high as my right leg.. wierd.. all i know is my right leg is so stretchable.. hahaha

  • I didn't really have to work to be flexible... it kind of just happened. But i didn't used to be flexible... it's weird. Hahaa.

    Just work on stretching.! I was never able to do anything involving flexibility.

    Just stretch like everyday. I did and noww i only have to stretch a little before i do anything. (: good luck !
