  • At times such amazingly fluid movement, so little tension in muscles, at times coiled like a spring! His transition between the two states is made with such commendable ease!

To flow through and around one's obstacles with momentum, like there is no such thing as an obstacle; all things are merely part of one's path, and when a struggling force is met, prevail without even disrupting it by adapting one's own motions to complement it... is that the approach of a jian wielder?I want to know more!

  • Bing, I would love to learn Wudang Tai Chi, specially this beautiful form of the sword. I feel it as a spiritual peace tool, and very powerfull.

But I live in a small town in Brazil, so could I learn it from the internet? Is that possible?

  • @baglis No, You cannot learn the form to true principles perfection over the internet for now.. Only until we develop a "Live Hologram & 3 dimensional form correction system" Ordered straight from the Wise mountain itself! until then you can always prepare yourself worthy and make the pilgrimage. Then come back after many years to represent my first Wudang Holo-tube series for lazy Americans struggling through Apocalypse... Eh??

    Let's do it~

  • The vid looks like it has been slightly speeded up! Nevertheless, great video, many thanks for shearing.

  • Lovely to watch... why on earth would six people click dislike?

  • straight sword, jian, wudang sword...

  • Nice swordplay. Only, one problem. The cameras 'lines' go crazy every time he does a fast move. I would suggest a better camera, but that doesn't mean his form isn't great. Nice work, Master Bing!

  • This is pure beauty. I love the music, too. Thank you so much for posting this!

  • Imagine spending some time over there,at Wudang mountain, learning from the very source itself.

  • ya, I did imagine the same thing too, I want to spend a summer holiday here, should be very relaxing.

  • daoism is not the practice of cowards, it is simply a chosen lifestyle.

  • form with grace and balance like that, beyond description.

  • Nice forms, I take Yoshukai Karate but I must say that is realy impressive with the fluidity of the form. 10 stars

  • so beautiful.

  • Does anyone know if there is an instructional DVD for this routine?

  • P.S. - I forgot to add that the movements of his body are very beautiful to watch, like those of a superlatively skillful dancer.

  • thank you very much.

  • I'm no expert, but this strikes me as a very impressive display. If this guy came after me with his sword, I would have only one chance: run!

  • he is a daoist, he would never come after you. daoists are anti-social misanthropists, so if he see you, he will run.

  • We are learning this Wudang Taoist Sword form. It is very challenging for me but, I just Love working on it!! Very Beautiful!

  • really? are you on Wudang Mountain? who you are learning from? it is a very good Sword form, it was my first sword form i learned in Wudang.

  • Greetings Sir: No, I'm not on Wudanf Mountain. We are learning this Sword form from out Sifu Master Gohring in Austin, Texas USA. We all Love this Wundang Sword form! So sorry for the delay in getting back to you! Thank you for posting this!

  • Is he a real Taoist, or is it just wushu?

  • very nice~ very special~ i wish i can do that~

  • this is pretty cool, that sword looks really flexible

  • The sword is both stiff and flexible, but takes years is qi cultivation and internal practice to be able to do that.

  • nice to see,

    thank you for posting

    der Horst

  • Master Bing, I was able to meet you at Chin Woo, this past summer in Texas, and it is great to see you performing so beautifully again.

  • It is interesting how different Taoist priest and masters demonstrate their skills. Different, yet the same form as seen in another Wudang video.
