You just kick back and up with each leg. The backwards whip makes you move and the upward motion of the kick takes the weight off the front foot so it glides as its dragged with your body.

For all i know, Nam Hyun Joon is new school popper and Mr. Animation is old school compton-style hard popper/legend. Most of the new guys don't have the gangster hits or dramatic explosiveness that Animation has. There are some very hard young dudes, but I think this guy can run with anyone of them. I'm not a big Wiggles fan, but I know he gets respect.
