Ok so what they fill water and food bowls before they come and check up on circuses. But do they check the barns and i dont know how else to say this but torture house? Do they actually see how these poor animals are being treated? These animals are not happy at all.
i agree with Jayfurluvsya .. not all animals involved in acts are abused , i know some are and thats totaly unacceptable .. but some are treated so well
I loved working with the zebras and horses. Abusing animals in the circus is so cliche. Ringling has really evolved with positive reinforcment. This act was actually a little weak. The new trainers were not as good as Sacha. All the animals are healthy. They get good exercise, and constant veterinary care and aspca inspections in every city. Every food and water was nutritious, clean and fresh. This job made me happy.
why is it that there are horses in 2 circular things and zebras in 1?

You can't ride a zebra and they are much wilder than a horse.
So I prefer a horse.

@bam791 The ''Torture house'' as you refer to it is the place where they train them am i correct?
In The Netherlands they are allowed to walk in on a ''Training'' session any time they please.
They DO NOT announce a check up before hand and each time they received an anonymous tip they WILL go inspect the circus.
It has already been concluded that there animals aren't trained much different from how 99% of the people train their dog.
