@tisoy909 The gear were unstable right out of the box. The damage was minimal. With the gear retracted the truck loaded nicely..... To bad it was Saturday!!!!!!

@jbashore66 Actually, I have the 82 inch Pac Aero GBY. the gear is basically one piece heavy wire and very strong for lateral loads as well. I have been looking at the 97 inch though and notice on the oleo type strut wih the kit that it may not be so strong for lateral or side loads in the gear considering the way it mounts into the wing panel. Do you think this is the cause for your gear to fail inwards as it did?

@Tymopta Never had trouble landing this Gee Bee(some ass ran out on the runway) full left ruder to avoid him and the gear collasped
