Dayton Hamvention - Outside 2:39to 3:46

In the Video there is some guys from AMSAT demonstrating how to contact some one on a Satellite I would like to know the full details on the Antenna, and the PVC Rotor that was being used.. I heard that it was 3 feet off the ground and it looks like the 70cm( 6 element antenna) , the other one is a 2 meter (3 element Antenna??) I am Guessing on the diameter of the PVC pipe and I saw a protractor on the end. So What is the Designed??

The tower looks like it has a mount for three cell antennas, which are not there. Looks like a 146/440 vertical and holding up a dipole. Randy
