I dont think it would really stress them. I have a green light and an orange light on my tank, along with the regular flourescent lights and my fish dont seem to be bothered at all, except of course when i'm turning on/off the lights. The only ones that might stress from it is any nocturnal fish(plecos) but you seem to have more than enuff hiding places so i doubt you'd have to worry. Your fish seem pretty comfortable. They are just two computer fans hooked up to a 12v adapter glued on with lock tight.
I live in Thailand so it's pretty hot here. It's really for one in and one out to keep the light from heating up the water to much.
Key thing to keeping your fish healthy W/C 30-40% a week.
