People can hear to only about 25Hz (33Hz is... just wrong), but just because you can't hear it, doesn't mean your eardrums can't feel it... the only problem is finding a subwoofer or headset that can actually play that low, most subs have trouble under 20Hz unless they're some kickass 12 or 15 inch woofers.

@A550RGY Yea, I did own Z2300 for about a week, and now i own Z5500. They're fine for computer use, but for listening to music....well, no. The sound is nowhere near neutral, theres always too much bass, bass i muddy, boomy, its not defined. I have hi-fi speakers also, Wharfedale Diamond 9.3, which cost about the same as Z5500, and they are about 5500 times better. Stronger, and more defined bass , crystal clear highs and excellent mids, louder, but its not annoying when they're loud like Z's.

For listening to music on my computer, these Klipsch's sound pretty good, but I agree real hifi speakers are going to give you better neutrality and a more detailed soundstage. I've been using NHT speakers in a separate HT system for years, so I have some experience with mid-level audiophile equipment. I think the Klipsch's are still a great deal (at about $120) and surpassed my hopes.

That's pretty normal. I think that 20 is the lower limit for most people to actually hear. Any lower than that, and you just kind of feel it (it also makes you anxious, because it's the sound that you 'hear' right before an Earthquake).
