reading comments about the band, it seems a lot of people cast a shadow over John Deacon. they all talk about Brian May's guitarplay, Freddie's charisma/voice, Roger's backing vocals and rhythm, but John Deacon usually gets left in the dark. I used to think the same way until I discovered he wrote a couple of their songs that I really enjoy. also the bassline to Bicycle Race and Dragon Attack is true genius. I agree with 9danielos5; secret weapon of Queen!

Brian May is just brilliant guitarist, funny guy in interviews, really educated person. Freddie Mercury was absolutely charismatic frontman and amazing singer, seems to be very daring, but he was really shy and sensitive person. Roger Taylor is phenomenal and powerfull drummer, and John Deacon, secret weapon of Queen, coolest bass player ever in music history.

All those four guys, changed my life, and I'm only 16.
