DubTHC - Star 69 was released in 2001. This sounds like a track with the star 69 acapella mixed over the top of it.
Smithmonger has an account on ResidentAdvisor, I'd ask him on there for a tracklist for the mix and see what he says.

ave u tried that site which recognises alot of songs??
but i think if sum bassheads n dubheads can't recognise it then it stands no chance

Yeah i've tried. all i get is star 69. which get's frustrating after a while

I don't think it is. This was featured on the june 2005 smithmonger mix, I'm almost positive that star69 came out recentley as in the last 12 months, allthough you can sometimes never tell when it comes to vinyl releases
