Would you also say that the yellow pikmin's electric damage tends to stun the foe more so the red pikmin's fire damage, which hesitates the foe more so than it stuns him? Might this be another apparent unique advantage characteristic of the yellow pikmin?

@GmanGregilla You are right. Yellow causes electric stun just like all electric attacks in the game. Where as red causes a good size knock back and fire damage that, I believe, has high attack priority. Because of this Yellow is really good for ledge guarding as it stuns enemies and delays their third jump.

Purple - Fatties can knock people when thrown (a very high priority projectile). These pikmin are just pure power. Usmash kills DDD at 82% (fresh with no DI). At low percents grabs with purple pikmin are almost instantly broken out of, though you should save any grabs with purples for uthrow kills.

It depends on the situation but the general rules are

red - Of course immune to fire. Has really great aerials so use him to forward air other characters. In the air hit with him. Also if playing against link keep him attached so he can't use bombs against you.

Yellow - Has big hit box plus, because of added stun, is good for combos. SO use him with smashes. If you're playing against electric characters like pikichu or ness keep him attached to them. 1 sec ago

Blue - Best at throws. Use him to throw other players. His back throw is super good.

White - Extremely weak in all categories except attachment damage and grabbing range. Only either throw him at enemies or use his extended grab range if possible. All other areas won't turn out well.

what is the best way to use each color?

When you whistle the order will always follow this color code. Yellow, Blue, White, Purple. However, If you whistle again the next pikimin will then step up in the line. So if your current order after a whistle is YBBWP and you whistle it will then go BBWPY.

i Just started maining Olimar, hes Beast... once you learn your Pikmin Line he gets really good. look at your line often to see what pikmin is coming next :]

Ya, that is critical to being a good pikimin player. You have to know what pikimin is next and also the best way to use him. It can get really in depth, but in the long run it pays off.

I did something once and I dont know if it was a technique o a pitfall, y plucke a pikmin (B button) near to an enemy and I burrie him in the ground, iv been trying to repeat this but nothing, I didnt recorded it :(

No problem. Glad I can help. The main thing for Olimar is keep you strategy continually changing.

If they're super defensive just throw the shit out of them. once they start to catch on start to play really aggresive Olimar. and just keep changing it up. They'll get so frustrated. Keep the batle on Oilmar's turns and play to his strengths. Once they get the advantage Olimar is not a good character, but don't let this happen and you can rock almost any one.

there is one thing you missed that i have found "THE JUMPING METEOR SMASH"

what you do is do your second jump and at the same time press down A if done correctly you will continue going up while you send your oponents down down down
