this video is not in the train conducters room cuz i have seen the C train conducters room and the train conducters room is so small in the corner.who ever took this video he or she was standing in front of the first or last train car

Yes, it is Manhattan. BTW, it's a railway southbound (eastbound to Euclid Avenue, Brooklyn) C train @ 34. Street-Pennsylvania Station and to 23. Street, which are indicated by maroon/black tile bands/tablets, well as the yellow/white tablets respectitvely.
