@b0zac thankfully boring suburban kids did decide to "try to act and dress cool" or we wouldn't of have had the wave of 60s garage bands that appeared in the wake of the British Invasion. English isn't his first language. Still beats any BS band now, anything 60s does.

I don't know who they are. My guess is that this is a German or eastern European band that probably did mostly covers. Certain words are pronounced with an inflection and accent that would indicate that English is not their first language. Watch/listen to "didn't" and "depression." Every letter is pronounced. Not how a Brit or American would say/sing those words. That said, I LOVE THIS VIDEO!! Don't know who they are, but they rock! Ray Davies would be proud.
