  • IS THE WHOLE FUCKING WORLD DUMB & BLIND?(CIA) LOOK AT THE VIDEO. HOW CAN WHITE MAN SPEAK ENGLISH TO AFRICAN MAN & AFRICAN MAN RESPOND WITH AFRICAN LANGUAGE, THEN THE WHITE MAN ASK QUESTION IN ENGLISH & THE AFRICAN MAN RESPOND WITH AFRICAN LANGUAGE & THEN THE WHITE ADD HIS OPINION? PEOPLE OF THIS WORLD ARE NOT CONSCIOUS AND HAVE MELANIN DEFICIENCY. I WONDER WHY THE WHOLE WORLD (99%) IS CONTROL BY THE 1%.

  • s o did they made it or..?

  • Give every African a weapon so they can defend their selves, their property and their families, then leave the rest to self justice.

  • Typical "reprting" from the western media. LYING by OMMISSION. Ommitting the fact that the mineral wealth of the Central African Republic are being fleeced by FRENCH CORPORATIONS, which is the cause of the insurrection. Ommitting the fact that the central african "republic", is not a republic at all, but essentially a FRENCH COLONY because french compamnies own and controll ALL the commodities UNDER THE GROUND and export them for profit all around the planet while the africans get nothing

  • These douchebags can't even build a house properly. You'd never see houses this shitty in the states!! animals!

  • @XtremeBreakDance no, of course not, you people have caravans and paper boxes.

  • @geroparaksenos .... No we live in HOUSES!!! type it into google images... if you can wipe the flies out of yer eyes for long enough to see!

  • @XtremeBreakDance...and did I mention stationwagons? I know very well what a house looks like, I've always lived in one. Only difference is that the house I was raised in was built by honest means, such as the blood, sweat and tears of those who built it., no real-estate development on the expense of others was involved...speaking of google, why don't you type "poverty in the united states"?

    Fuckwit...

  • @XtremeBreakDance You people are so in compassionate and apathetic is sickens me...The citizens are not animals. The rebels, yes. The citizens are trying so hard to just live a safe life. They can't build more advanced homes if no one is helping them and showing them how to.

  • The only people getting "squashed" by this are the African people. And you wonder why with such comments. Good luck mate!

  • May God save theese poor people.

  • You come to my country and try to make new boundries I fucking squash you and everyone else on your side alive

  • InfiniteMushroom all I have to say to you is watch the world cup see if people are waving there national flags and cheering for there nations or rebels. I agree that is the way it used to be but today there are more then a "few success stories' Rwanda/ Ghana/ Senegal/ even northern Sudan is doing well they ran an article about it not to long ago in NYT I mean InfiniteMushroom I live in the Central African Republic and can tell you that most people are patriotic and are not loyal to a tribe.

  • I hate to tell al you the rebels have basicly stopped fighting

  • The social and political architecture left behind by European colonial powers is artificial to the tribes and unsustainable by them. There is no recent historical social model that the various African nations can rebuild from. They'd have to go back centuries to find themselves. Even then, they would be lucky to organically bring themselves to a level that remotely resembles a late 19th century western nation.

Most of Africa will have to be re-engineered from scratch and new boundaries drawn.

  • @InfiniteMushroom Very true. But there are a few success stories. Botswana is one great example of an post-colonial Africa success story. A very stable democratic system as well as a market economy have resulted in one of the fastest growing economies in the world. Namibia is another country that is slowly becoming more and more stable. All though it has high rates of HIV/AIDS and poverty, it is considered quite stable. Foreign investment (from China) is really helping Namibia too.

  • @squidthings Ah... CHINA! That is what's drawing the Geopolitical players into Africa! Zbigniew Brzezinski is the big dog in getting nations to fight and kill each other for the global bankers. ZB wants to get China out of Africa and he has no problem in orchestrating death, disease, rebellion, and destruction to get them out.

The U.S. won't develop anything in Africa. We will use U.N. biosphere policies to put everything off limits and then use the land as security for new debt.

  • @InfiniteMushroom I don't get it. Break it down for this slow mind to understand please. Thank you.

  • @InfiniteMushroom yes very well said, u knw your shit!!!

  • @InfiniteMushroom Is it weird to be surprised that more advanced countries haven't attempted to just take over Africa and the land and resources in the way they did America with the Native Indians? Or am I missing something here. I'm not saying that's what I'd want to see, but I'm wondering why it hasn't happened like in the past with other less developed countries?

  • @dancesonpoles I would have to refer you to an expert who has actually been in the Belly Of The Beast. John Perkins wrote how geopolitics and global finance work together in his book, "Confessions of an Economic Hit Man."

The European powers occupied and colonized Africa back in the 18th and 19th centuries. WW1 and WW2 broke the treasuries of the European powers so, they had to abandon their colonial holdings. BUT, they set up puppet governments to rule in absentia for the old colonial powers

  • oldschool weapons

  • non franchement ns avons besoin de tt ça en cetrafrique mes frères. union fera nos force. le peuple a assez souffer.

  • ppl need to be empower by arms and fith agianst these unfair

  • I only know my side of the Story.. South Sudan 4 life..

  • sad...i'm not familar with this conflict...what are they fighting for?

  • Stop treating Africans as if they are all one group and stop trying to forc e African nations to form an identity, when we should have nations in Africa that are actually made by who lives where.

  • @carrier5555 that is a really really ignorant statement

  • @LarniPhoenix how so?

  • Videos like this remind me of the absolute failure of the current African states. Why do we continue to accept the arbitrry borders set up by the Europeans? Who really believes this nation has a national identity? For crying out loud the demonym for these people is "Central Africans". Thats not a people!

  • Type in Blood Dimond Rebel Trianing or see the movie blood dimond youll love it!!!

  • why do we not stop making weapons and stop loving money?

  • i cant wait for the New Africa to be born because conflicts like this have gone on long enough now. the uniting of those of african descent from all over the globe to redefine africa is the only real solution & i look forward to it.

  • pretty shit guns they got there, mainly single shot, shotguns from what I saw, the odd AK-47 but thats it. Bloody typical of the camerman to follow the guy with the AK-47, just worstens its reputation and makes it harder for us law abiding shooters to get them

  • shut the fuck up you guys killed my friends uncle and sister

  • africa will not always be like this

better times will come for the Central African Republic

  • True, very true

  • Africa will always have troubles like this. The African culture is a tribal culture. Every tribe wants what is best for their tribe, not what's best for Africa. Unless Africa becomes a united Africa, it will always be like this...

  • african will be united

  • YEH RIGHT

  • they are fighting for there human rights? wat the fuck is this guy on? fighting for africans rights but how many people have they killed?

  • this is were america should be fighting a war

  • agreed

  • America should be concentrated on America, not Africa, not the mid-east, just America.

  • gladius:

thatd be too selfish. the US has sufficient military to handle any kind of scum like this. and with UN backing, wed all be unstoppable

  • the french are responsible for this

they installed this dictator to serve thier interests

the rebels want to keep thire own interest

  • let there be peace please!

  • there will never be peace sadly

  • What a disgusting piece of 'reporting'. The government in the CAR is only there to serve French interests. The rebels are fighting for things like roads, schools, and hospitals, which the thuggish French supported government does not provide. While French aircraft bomb cities and villages the government forces terrorize the populace. Things are so bad in the CAR that people are FLEEING to Sudan, one of the most war torn areas on earth.

  • we all must have bad audio systems, volume is very low.

  • Great that Al Jazeera is covering issues affecting Central African Republic but I can't help but want to see more depth and background and to hear from those who are affected but not taking part in the conflict.

  • all the world must to help this country!

  • The volume on this video has been checked internally and externally and appears to be fine. Anyone with audio problems is advised to check their own system's audio configurations.

  • Compare the volume of this video with the volume of Ghida Fakry promo video. Don't you see the difference between the two? The VOLUME is low here compared to that video. The volume is fine if you have good speakers, but for some people it would cause problem.

  • War to the left of ya war to the right, thats how it seems to go in Africa.

  • I love Al Jazeera, just have some more volume next time =) Great coverage !

  • thankx

  • aljazeera is becoming a big force for real. they are reporting on so many diverse subjects and topics while the american media all they talk about is BUSH republican BUSH boring boring boringgggggggg ohh and ofcause Paris Hilton.

  • ya, it sucks that we can't keep caught up on Paris Hilton while watching aljazeera ;)

  • you cant tell me that paris going to jail isn't entertaining. you worry about these idiots in the jungle, i'll watch paris and nicole hate each other. its all about war after all :p.

  • volume
