@elsikscholar - I don't know about GH having better actors.. On both shows they are all very good at what they do (except maggie from GH), but I'd have to agree with you 100% about how OLTL is (well... was) better.
@elsikscholar I agree with you about GH moving too slow. Right now, I am waiting for Jax to come out of hiding. It is taking too long, imo. Soaps are not what they used to be. There was a time when soaps had good and compelling character driven storylines. Now they are filled with uninspired plot driven stories.
@valsignia i don't think jax is going to have much of a part - I just read he is leaving the show sometime in january, so his time is about up. it doesn't matter though since they've ruined him and made his character a mere shadow of what it used to be.
@valsignia I have watched every ep. of GH since 1986. Back then, I watched all of the soaps on ABC, but GH is the only one that lasted for me. I am so glad it is still on. At the same time, I have been addicted since '86 and the only way for me to stop watching would be for it to go off the air. I didn't realize until a few days ago that I was 3 weeks behind. I guess it was moving to slowly for me too.However, now that I am watching 2 or 3 days at a time, it is moving much faster.

Knowing Franco, he’ll leave a recording showing that he did not rape Sam (delivered by mail in about 6 months of course). This way, Franco feels that he won because he was able to provoke Jason to kill in which I’m sure will have some strange philosophical meaning

Don't forget Jason blames himself for not killing Franco when he had the chance. Then he was able to escape and hurt Jason's family. This way, he may never know what Franco was up to, but at least others won’t be harmed. Knowing Franco, he’ll leave a recording showing that he did not rape Sam (delivered by mail in about 6 months of course). This way, Franco feels that he won because he was able to provoke Jason to kill in which I’m sure will have some strange philosophical meaning
