If civilisation today were to be destroyed, the survivors would know about suspension bridges, but would have little idea how to build them. 1-There are limestone deposits all over Egypt.
2-The ones closest to pyramids normally have evidence of wear blocks have been removed.
3-Rocks could have been moved on sleds, carts, rolling logs, and boats up the Nile.
4-Some pyramids were made directly on top of rock deposits so there wasnt very far to take them anyway.
And
5-Why the hell wouldnt the Egyptians have written something down about aliens or whatever? They wrote every other bloody thing down.
