Oh hey! Have you considered intellectus diet (google intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
seen a couple of you're videos and really great tips. I have been learning little by little on how the body works when losing weight but still could not see, only fragments from other people or from other sites over time, but you put it together. I have to say it all makes perfect sense to me now thank you so much
aaahh! sauerkraut and pickles!!!!!!!!!!!! i miss that!!! i have to buy some tomorrow!! hehehe.. im german and i dont have them on my fridge, whats wrong with me! hehehe.. anyway, thanks for the great video!
I sometimes eat a traditional Norwegian dish that is also very good if you have diarrhea. It consists of oatmeal and water. Instead of making porridge, use way more water, and let it simmer on a very low heat for a long time, like 20 minutes or something. It beomes a kind of soup. Traditionally, you put sugar and "saft" (a type of concentrated juice) in it, but it is healthier without. One cup has about 50-60 calories, mostly in complex carbs, protein and fiber. It also has vit. B1 and iron.
I drink diet fiery ginger beer whenever im craving soda, The brand I use per 330ml contains 1 calorie !, trace amounts of sugar !, 0% fat, 0% saturates and trace amounts of salt :P . I dont drink loads of it as its carbonated and ruins the teeth but a can every other day through a straw is fine i should imagine.
Great video EvilCyber! I cant believe I forgot about sourkraut! I should have mentioned that in that video where I was eating canned foods out of the trunk of my car. I will post my video as a response to yours so people can add your great ideas.
I love pickles and had no idea they werent 'that bad' on the list of things to satisfy a grumbling stomach. will deffo be using this knowledge from now on :D Good ol' water always does the trick however :)
Water is truly #1! i try fill my self up with salad during meals to fill me up. havenot been doing healthy whole of Feb though. Will get back on track! :)
The sauerkraut and pickles would probably be good for my cravings. I tend to get bad cravings on my days off from work for Chinese-mainly crab rangoons, General Tso's/Sesame Chicken and fried zucchini.
What about apples and oranges i think any fruit can be used for the cravings. My favorite is to rip some whole wheat bread and put 1 or 2 walnuts in it and eat it with water walnut kernels contain a lot of protein but gotta be careful with them because they also contain fat.
Very good video! I'm having this thing in my mind, that losing weight is so much simpler than bulking up. Just eat healthy do some dull cardio and you're there! Bulking up takes years and perfect nutrition + quite some protein which can't just be found in every meal :/ . Super Video Evil! Du solltest eigentlich so viel mehr Aufrufe und Abonnenten haben! ;)
@nine151 I'm well aware of that. You might have misunderstood my comment there. I was trying to say that losing weight seems so much easier to me than bulking up does ;). Besides I'm a moderator on the Scooby forums, so I know Scooby's website inside out :P
I was drinking water and watching this video...i feel accomplished now time for some McDonald's!

Dill pickles are ok, but you have to be sure that is no sugar within. Sugarfree pickles have only 9cal.

Heah Bobster, you can also try bean sprouts and sliced bamboo shoots. They should come quite close to your palate.

Heah Canvar, yep, of course any vegetable will do. I just picked sauerkraut because you can eat it hot and cold and it has a strong taste.
