  • And this is why I have to pay $10,000 dollars for an automatic...

  • Wow. The American people got rat-holed bigtime.

  • 11:57 :(

  • Wouldn't lifting this enable gangs to have more powerful weapons?

  • @elvensbane the already commit illegal acts. what makes you think that they dont already have them?

  • @Tacos4Breakfast Touche.

  • @elvensbane Have you heard of the Sten? It consists on stamped steel and welding. All you need is a barrel, and you can easily acquire one. It's fully automatic and it's actually easier to make a FA one than a semi-auto only.

Weapons are as powerful as their caliber and barrel allow. Since a high percentage of guns used in crime are illegal, making FA legal with a few restrictions wouldn't have a great impact.

  • @bf2lover42 Is there any legislation to rid of this ban? I'd really like to get my hands on an ACR or just something newer.

  • @Bronzecop Basically, no politician wants to get his hands dirty with this. Imagine the outrage from the anti-gunners.

Don't forget that most gun owners aren't even on our side. Fudds won't care about you when if they were ban evil baby-killing black assault weapons again.

My opinion is that full auto should have heavy restrictions, and punish those who try to manufacture them without passing background checks and paying the ATF "extortion fee". A bit like other NFA items.

  • @bf2lover42 Oh yeah the days of the suited gansters, but no matter how you look at it they all got their firearms illegally. People are already paying over $10,000 for MG's & what not, but you never see any of them going to a Wal-Mart & mowing people down because they were pissed off at society. I'd rather have it the way it used to be, just get your license & cause nobody trouble.

  • @Bronzecop My solution would be selling FA kits for a very high price, force you to register that receiver, making it non-transferable (perhaps only inheritable). That way owners of transferable MG's wouldn't cry too loud.

AKs, AR-15s, HK rifles/carbines would be pure sex, even if for $500 each kit and not being able to sell it. That way the number of machineguns would be kept in check while still maintaining the prohibitive costs.

  • Thanks a lot Reagan...

  • I believe in some gun control, moreso than many of the people in these comments might like, but I find that this is horribly undemocratic and illegal.

  • a massive fraud occurred at the 6 minute mark with that lie by Rangel stating the 'Aye's' had the vote.

Thats how the rest of the constitution will be ursurped, by mandate, voice vote or E.O.

  • Ron Paul i think would remove this ban Maybe remove The NFA committe to

  • Comment removed

  • I agree with all of you that this should be repealed and I also want to add that the second amendment has been under constant battering for years.

I am also in support of Ron Paul in hopes of him repealing such injustices.

  • The Hughes amendment and NFA in whole is unconstitutional.

It infringes and restricts ownership of many weapons, and the government "taxes" you for ownership of one of these weapons, effectively making you bribe the government.

What ever happened to "no taxation without representation"?

  • Get this fucking law and all other Firearm restricting laws gone! Politicians are fucking assholes, always thinking they have a right to tell you what you can and can't own. Fuck them, the greedy assholes. We should string these pricks up.

  • Because it is feared that some bad people may do bad things with a machine gun, all peaceful people who may want to use a machine gun for legitimate recreation must all be punished.

  • Look at the top comments. Who has more? A thinker, or a libtard?

  • needs to be overturned. Keep the NFA background check, but allow manufacture and import. 20k plus for a legal FA gun is ridiculous. I don't have a problem going through the background check.

  • Bullshit. That's what this is. Bullshit.

  • kangaroo court

  • new thread

  • REPEAL! REPEAL! REPEAL! THEY DIDNT EVEN LET THE GUY SAY WHY MACHINE GUNS HAVE A SPORTING USE. ITS BULLSHIT. HALF THOSE PEOPLE PROBABLY DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE VOTING ON.

  • @Ben85paintball We can try to get the Hughes amendment repealed to be able to own full autos! Read my other comment on this video for clarification!

  • To strike down this unconstitutional ban of automatic weapons, visit wh. gov/4wj and sign the petition!

(You need to remove the space in between "wh." and "gov/4wj")

  • Comment removed

  • That guy loves banging that hammer.

  • so here's an interesting thought; now that pres obama has usurped congress and all laws and created an amnesty by fiat, one could surmise that prosecution of violations of this illegally passed law is selective enforcement of federal law. hmmmm... would be an interesting defense.

  • @thephilchannel what's done is done. I was just simply making a statement. no use in debating over something that happened 25 years ago. the people have spoken.

  • Look at Rangal....and he is still there crooked as he is. Tip O Neil--how many had forgotten him.

Today, our rights are still being chiseled away, by the same jerks, or their sons and daughters.

  • @JAQUEOBAUER To do something about our rights being taken away (by taking some back full autos!) read my other comment on this video!

  • this is sad, and probably permanent. if the ban is lifted gun dealers would loose value on pre86 machine guns. all I want to do us legally own a machine gun to have fun with it at a legal gun range. very disappointing.

  • @nealelliott So special interests (in this case people with full-autos) should triumph over everybody's rights?

  • @thephilchannel Of course they shouldn't! Read my comment on this video to learn about how to do something about the 1986 ban on machine guns!

  • @nealelliott To do something about being able to own a full auto read my comment on this video!

  • @BurninRubba305 They were offered the chance to have it repealed, but turned it down. The NRA doesn't give a care about the manufacture of more full autos.

  • "Mr. Chairman" is a shitty fucker...

  • I feel like some organization needs to be created for the repeal of this amendment. Contact me with ideas, I suppose.

  • burn in hell hughes

  • Not only do we need to repeal this unConstitutional law but we need to make show Obama doesn't find a way to screw over by renewing the Patriot Act. Why do we allow such dimwits to be in control of the American people?

  • Charlie Is such a Fuck Wit. I can't stand seeing these assholes chip away at the rights of the individual and pat themselves on their backs like they are actually helping us. I am so mad at our government and I know the founders would be spitting fire if they were here.

  • & of couse the gov does nothing, they police there own, or rather don't do a damn thing. Had this been a law to close the MEX boarder & rangle passed it when votes said no, it would never have passed....but since it's guns "game on"

  • Charlie Rangel STILL AT IT WHEN HE SHOULD BE IN JAIL

HOW THIS VIDEO IS NOT OVER 1 MIL HITS & WHY THIS CAN'T BE USED TO OVERTURN THE LAW, MEANS THE LAW IS BROKEN

  • i hope Charlie Rangel and William Hughes ,both scumbags, have a special seat in hell for them, where they die over and over from being shot by machine guns :D

  • So this is how you loose your rights. Fraud. There are obviously no valid grounds for the Hughes amendment to be law, and it should be removed from the law immediately. We simply must get rid of this pathetic cr#p, just like the poster below said. Email this to every U.S. rep, and ask what they're doing to fix this screwup!

  • We need to start a movement to overturn or get rid of the 1986 machine gun ban.

  • @desertarsenalist get moving, posting on youtube wont do ANYTHING.

  • Rangel has always been and always been a POS scumbag!! IMHO, the demoKratic party should be outlawed for all the anti-Constitution actions they have taken over the years. I wouldn't feel badly if someone were to kick Representative Hughes in his nads!! >:-(

  • Oh and AIMLESS can go suck a big fat cock!

  • They're right, machineguns have no sporting value at all. However that is not the point of owning a machinegun. It is to protect ourselves from the government and from foreign governments and/or invaders. The national firearms act dealt with machineguns in a very clear and effective way. This law is unnecessary and a VERY CLEAR violation of the second amendment. It prohibits individuals from owning post 1986 machine guns but lets the government still have them. This should be taken to court.

  • @ILikeWeapons132435 That is not the point of why this is such a big issue, he's illegally passing a law to ban something, if he is allowed to get away with this, what's next? It will be illegal to form associations? Illegal to have peaceful protests? restriction of freedom of speech? This cannot be allowed to happen

  • @ILikeWeapons132435

The government doesn't really have them. Agencies and departments do. The firearms themselves are loaned to individuals as duty weapons and are kept under extremely strict control.

This doesn't change the fact that this amendment is total shit.

  • So..I'm pretty sure this would not pass today. As the 'sporting purpose' bullshit went away with the Heller V DC

  • Comment removed by author! I've now done that once.

  • Arrest these fuckers for treason, period!!!

  • the republicans want to revoke this

  • @TheAlexagius I hope so. The only people that use machine guns for crime are government agents. Time to let people be free again.

  • Nice to know that Rangel has always been a rat.

  • So you need to furnish us with a download link for when this video get blocked or simply removed.

  • @evanms1 Aleady downloaded; it will beuploaded again & again & again if deleted

  • Swindle: IT CAN'T BE REPEALED if it never become law. NO ONE CAN BE PARDONED, only released.

Every USA, every AUSA, and every "public" defender (getting paid by the government) should be indicted.

  • so what the hell is going on in this video

  • @Seabee613 They voted to not ban MGs. Rangel said they voted to ban MGs, ignoring both the verbal vote and electronic vote. Republicans said it was corruption. Democrats said to stop whining. The media ignored it, because they're paid to agree with one side of the issue.

  • What happened there?

  • He's acting like a fucking child with that gavel.

  • There is something wrong with government when a bill that was struck down could then be added to another bill as an amendment only to pass. Something in the process broke down here. The will of the people is therefore void. This reminds me of the banker bailout bill.

  • Should add more tags so the video reaches more people.

  • Charles is a disgrace to both his position and his race.

  • Consider this: The Congress AND 50 state legislatures meet every year to pass more and more and more and more laws. Citizens are taxed so these laws can be enforced and adjudicated. Additionally, unelected political appointments expand the laws via regulations and administrative code... sometimes beyond the original intent of the law. Soon you'll have an inspector visit your home to check on the volume of saliva you produce...because spitting in your backyard will be illegal.

  • Share this video with everyone you know!

  • This is disgusting. This is not professional, this is a zoo. What a joke.

  • @ecmelsexy &others shocked about this, sorry to say this is nothing new.

*ANY* "compromise" with The Enemy is a WIN for him, because it moves "the ball" in his direction!

  • you people do realize that this is the 21st century and everything including video can be manipulate, if this is legit then it just confirms the reason why half the nation doesn't bother voting anymore

  • Really? This is BS! Nice work letting every rich fuck that wants an MG have one. Middle class can go screw I guess.

  • This makes me so angry, more of my American birthright illegally robbed away before I had a chance to enjoy it.

  • @NoLongerFooled So...

What are you going to DO about it?

BTW - this is just the tip of the iceberg.

  • April 10th, 1986.......another nail in the coffin of America and her people.

  • Petulent children with an army of thugs...

  • Rangel is obviously just another crooked Socialist.

  • Seems like more chaos than order. Don't these dudes do their homework the night before and come in with their minds made up? They know what the constitution says, and know what their constituents want.

  • Wikileaks?

  • The person making this unconstitutional amendment is from New Jersey! That is a complete shock!

  • What is old is new again.

  • Treason is what this is. Illegal, unConstitutional, and treasonous. Not only should the Hughes Amendment be repealed immediately and everyone imprisoned for violating it pardoned, the ones responsible for enacting it as a law should be eligible to lawsuit by the general public and by manufacturers who lost business because of it.

  • @Swindle1984 agreed. If such law doesn't get repealed, I'm tempted to commit a more direct form of treason myself..

  • All of those participating in this miscarriage of justice without filing protest should be prosecuted. Additionally, their pensions should be negated with verified restitution and any favorable record of public service erased.

I am stricken with disgust beyond comprehension after viewing this travesty.

  • They cant take it down, its public domain

  • Who is the guy at 8:03? He looks familiar, and I think he is pro-gun, but I forgot who he is.

  • @pigvomit757575 Bill McCollum FL

  • FU Rangel! FU Hughes!

  • Rangel is one evil and corrupt politician! He needs to be arrested for treason and the Hughes Amendment repealed post hast!

  • @BUTTHEX

Next time I see you at any of the shows I will tell you straight to your face what a fucking blood sucking vulture you really are. You are a lowlife scumbag and now your company will be blacklisted by all that are into buying, selling & trading full autos. Way to go douche bag!

  • This is sickening! We need to take back OUR country. WE THE PEOPLE!

  • If you look closely you can see Rangel smirk as he stares right and the person requesting the recorded vote and and completely ignores him at 8:41 - 8:42, 8:39 is a good starting point to see it.

  • I don’t understand why the request for a recorded vote was not repeated until the chair recognized the request, they just let it get obviously heard and ignored.

  • @EV6475000 I think it may have either been because Rangel did it so quickly they didn't realize what was going on until he quickly called a vote on the amended bill (and then tried to kill it by saying it didn't pass in his opinion), or because they were trying to figure out what to do since it shouldn't have been voted on to begin with. But I agree, they should have gone crazy in there. It happened fast and it's very tragic.

  • WOW! I can not believe our system broke so flagrantly

  • Way to go youtube, Power to the People!

  • Wow just wow, this is a microcosm of what and how politics work. I hope one day there is a great awakening in this country and we regain control and kick these vermin out of office. Dave_A would not approve of this message.

  • The Hughes Amendment was voted on at 8:14 AND NO ONE CALLED FOR A RECORDED VOTE! You can hear some traitor yelling "LET IT GO! LET IT GO!" in the background. Notice how that slimeball traitor Rangel quickly moves on to a vote on the Volkmer substitute.

  • 0 faggots disliked this video.

I-I've never seen a clip so unanimously lauded. I'm so proud of you fuckers.

  • Thank you Calguns. Your organization is at the pinnacle of firearms communities in this republic.

    -Concerned citizen from Michigan

  • 4/10/86 - NEVER FORGET! WRITE YOUR DAMN CONGRESSMEN!

btw thanks for posting this video, sorry for the caps lock.

  • brb gotta talk to a moldovan about a dushka

  • Actually, the vote @ 6:45 is the vote on the motion for the committee to rise, not on the Hughes Amendment. The Hughes Amendment was taken under consideration @ 8:14, a voice vote only, as Chuck ignores the subsequent request for the Yeas and Nays. Immediately, Rangel moves on to the Volker Substitute followed by the bill itself.

  • the government is about to rip youtube a new asshole once they see this.

  • So, what happens now?

  • For those just tuning in, skip to 6:45 to see the vote everyone is discussing. The Hughes amendment clearly failed a recorded vote, yet it remains law to this day.

  • Thanks for your efforts in getting this video made public calguns!!!

  • @Strategist The second and third votes were for the Volkemer Bill, which did NOT have the Hughes Ammendment attached at that time. 922(o) was supposed to be the "poison Pill" that killed FOPA. unfortunately they were too clever for their own good and introduced it at the last minute. The Shennanigans with the voting, coupled with some rather glaring discrepancies between the video Record and the hard Copy Transcripts show that there are some CLEAR issues with how the votes were handled.

  • Anyone else notice that ALL of the Firearms pictures on "Butthex" Page are from Video games??? One woudl think that someone who works for a large NFA dealer MIGHT have some videos of himself shooting them....

  • I hope this goes somewhere further.

  • @westkamper Nope, never will. It was signed into law, the courts will not intervene, ever. Separation of powers.

Of course there's nothing to stop us from doing the same thing to do things like ban welfare, allow for summary execution of illegal aliens, remove the US from the un. etc.

  • idk you guys this seems pretty open and shut to me the second AND third electronic votes indicated a pretty strong majority opposition so i dunno why you people think theres some conspiracy behind it or something (you probably didnt watch the video in full)

  • Surplus M14s inbound!

  • This is why I have no respect for politicians

  • where can i download this?

  • yet we will still never get our MG's back

  • OHHHHH MYYYYY GOOOOODDDDDDDD

  • someone needs a bigger gavel

  • This is why they want to ban 1A as well as 2A, as well as pass "net neutrality" so government can "regulate" the internet: people with knowledge is too dangerous to the crooked and vile.

  • Not anymore Mr Mangle , pendulum is swing to the people finally(a little)we have a long way to go . Rangle will be protected.

  • This is how Liberty dies.

  • Democrats in their finest example of corruption!

  • Well it's a good thing Charlie Rangle isn't a crooked corrupted son of a bitch!......... oh wait. Nevermind.

Our Rights that cost so many their lives to secure and so many lives to defend stripped away in 10 seconds by a filthy piece of shit criminal. Fucking unreal. FUCK LIBERALS.

  • Who's this Kike banging the gavel?, Shit.

  • Ah.

Alright, lets get more of our inalienable rights and civil liberties striped from us!

They have already taken our 1st and 2nd amendment rights, shit.

  • @BUTTHEX

Fuck you you piece of shit. Any true supporter of gun rights wouldn't give a fuck, in fact, they'd hope for cheap autos.

  • @BUTTHEX

You don't get it.. There are A LOT more law abiding citizens that would purchase MG's in a higher volume, than the limited market that exists today. I would rather live free, knowing that Thugs could get MG's, than live under the rule of a law, that looks like it was not passed legally.

  • @BUTTHEX What makes you think thugs can't afford M16's? They can already afford Cadillac Escalades with 22's. The problems is that most thugs CANNOT LEGALLY HAVE AND M16 TRANSFERRED TO THEM, thus the whole lot of NFA weapons is of no concern to them.

Why don't you stick to playing video games and leave the important decisions to the adults.

  • @txgp17 More to the point, thugs don't care about legal *anything*. If you're willing to commit murder, you probably don't care whether some turd in washington has it in his mind to ban machine guns for people who do follow the law.

  • @BUTTHEX Investments are subject to the risk of losing value. TINSTAAFL.

  • @BUTTHEX So, what you're saying is the 'investment' of a minority, and your 'livelihood' depends on the idea that millions of your fellow citizens have had their rights sacrificed at the alter of government control? An investment made possible because of an illegitimate, and unconstitutional law is itself illegitimate!

You, sir, are not a friend of liberty. When you gain *because someone else loses*, that makes you a thief. You want profit at the loss of freedom? That makes you a disgrace!

  • @BUTTHEX wow, dont tell me. you believe in some animals being more equal than others huh? i guess "shall not be infringed" doesnt mean jack.

  • @BUTTHEX "Thugs" can afford a machine gun anytime they like, all they need is the will to do so. This issue is about restoring a long-standing process for law-abiding citizens to build and create their own; something a "thug" would have no need of. There was no reason to close the registry, and this video proves there was not even enough support in congress to do so. You can celebrate and spin it all you like, but democracy failed on this day.

  • @BUTTHEX Looks like BUTTHEX is BUTTHURT.

I don't give one hot shit about 'investments'. It's disgraceful that there is an elitist prick like you working for a Class III dealer. If I owned AutoWeapons, I would fire your ass.

By resisting a repeal of the Hughes Amendment you are showing your true colors. Morally, you're just as filthy as a gun-grabber.

My desire for a MG that doesn't require me to take out a loan doesn't make me a 'crybaby'.

    Have a nice day, asshole.

  • @BUTTHEX

You call anyone who wants a reasonably priced Full Auto Item a crybaby, but it is in fact you who is the crybaby, whining about how it would destroy your livelihood to re-open the registry. I bet you also believe that guns are for the rich only. I never saw anything in the Bill of Rights that said that those protections applied only to those that could afford them.

  • @BUTTHEX You're a total moron.

  • @BUTTHEX "destroy the investments and livelyhoods of other Americans"

looks like that's all you care about is cash money. You are the problem with America.

  • @spraynpray If you want to get technical, you justifying the loss of constitutional rights to ensure labor is pretty collectivist itself... might want to study up on communism there... So you agree with that guy saying that instead of fighting the liberals on these issues we should let them take our rights away?

  • @762Fanatic2 Well shit, sounds like I read your post wrong. Next time I'll hold off on the OMFG I WANT TO KILL YOU comments. Time to find that and reread it.

  • @762Fanatic2 Oh shit. That other guy... my God. My God.

I thought somebody said the MG ban was bad because it harmed people economically and you were disagreeing, saying he's only concerned about money.

But you were a rational thinking human being saying somebody was "only concerned about money." Not like when a democrat says "only concerned about money", when what they really mean is "only concerned with the well being of fellow men, along with their rights, their families, and future."

  • @BUTTHEX thugs and criminals would never make it through the NFA approval process that has been in place since 1934. Oh but wait, thugs and criminals don't care about laws, they convert semi's to full anyway! Your argument is invalid. I own mg's and other NFA items on form 4's and I paid the price for them. I would be thrilled if the Hughes amendment was vacated.

  • @magaskins You can help us start a movement to repeal the Hughes amendment! Read my other comment on this video for clarification!

  • @BUTTHEX What an ignorant profiteering scumbag.

  • I ripped this video using realplayer

  • They should have taken the flag down for that vote, what he did was unAmerican, and unconstitutional at the same time.

Charlie Rangle is a POS of the highest order.

  • @jbrown2396

I was thinking the same exact thing

  • AW MAN HERE WE GO

  • @ Ratduster77 you need to upload the WHOLE dvd somewhere and rapidshare it or somthing so it can be spread

  • Look, it's that guy that isn't going away even though he would want himself to go away, too.

  • So when can I buy my machine guns?

  • Yes!

    Take it gun-grabbers!

  • So when can I buy my machine guns>

  • @JackMeadeIsACunt

When you find one made before 1986 and can afford it. The Hughes amendment is never going away. It would be political suicide to repeal it for too many career politicians and the USSC will not touch the method of how congress operates or comports itself.

  • MIRROR AND RIP! THEY DON'T WANT THIS VIDEO TO BE KNOWN!
