im a solomon islander and thats i always used to go to auki town for 9 years untill i came here to england . man wat i`d give to back to see my family in solomon and go to auki town again XxX i'd give any thing

I lived in Auki in 1986 after Cyclone Namu. Myself and 5 other US Marines stayed at the Auki Lodge. Any friends out there remember that? The night guard at the lodge was a an old native gentleman, and he carried a traditional hand-made bow and arrows. I respected that.

Yep, Solomon Islander though currently working and residing in Fiji. Occasionally do travel back home for research work though.
