Why the bloody hell would anyone want a SAR helo to be invisible? The general point of them is that they can be seen easily, especially in bad weather.
Using it on strike aircraft such as the Tornado could have benefits, but only really against guerilla forces, as developed militaries would detect the aircraft 200 miles away by RADAR.
