Since I just realized I already Gave away whether she died or not, Here's part 2. Wilson and House go to the hospital they take Amber to. They decide to transfer her over to the hospital House works at. Wilson keeps wanting to make her colder and colder to keep her alive. House has a dream and finds out that she has a rash on her back. They find out that the bus crash isn't what caused her to start dying, It was the pills before the bus crash. They do something that caused the virus to spread ^^

@matrixfan127 One minor thing, the crash destroyed her kidneys ability to filter out the drugs she'd taken, and that's what was killing her, the obvious thing to do would've been chelation, but the drugs bind with proteins so they couldn't. All in all pretty bitter sweet, doing all of that to buy time to find the problem, finding out the problem, and not being able to do anything. Probably just spoiled everything for people who haven't seen it...

He then gives puts himself on a bus with his crew. He takes a bunch of pills and passes out. He has a flashback of the entire bus crash and finds that amber is the one who is dying. That's part 1 of the episode and part 2 of this comment. I wouldn't want to spoil whether Amber dies or not to those who haven't seen part 1 or 2 of the episode.

For those of you who haven't seen this episode, House finds himself in one of those places where half naked women pose and he can't remember how he got there. He realizes that he has to save someone but he doesn't know who. He goes back to the hospital where he works and Chase and Wilson give him the illusion that he is on the bus again. He can't see anyone. He tries it again later and he think it's the bus driver. He saves the bus driver but then he had a dream and realized he saved the wrong 1

As someone who has been in an accident just like this one, I can tell you that people's reactions very greatly. There may have been some shoddy direction here. But I don't see anything wrong with the quality of acting.

Amber is House's Gwen Stacy.

This is a very powerful scene, for many reasons, perhaps the darkest moment in House MD.

The cinematography is stunning, the agony and tragedy in the scene are palpable throughout the whole crash. In the middle of the chaos, House drops all masks: we see that he cares about Amber, may even be in love with her. She reaches for his help, but he fails, and thus, dooms his ex-subordinate & Wilson's shot at happiness.

Amber's Death is House's biggest failure.

The final episode for this season has got to be the saddest thing I've ever seen on television...EVER! I was trying so hard not to cry because I hate crying in front of my family, but I just couldn't help it. And the music..WOW! Beautiful! It made the episode even more heart-wrenching.
