@xododgermcox It's a song by ES Posthumus called Nara, so yeah it will almost certainly be copyrighted...but if you are doing a video for non-commercial, generally YouTube and others dont mind if you just say "Song is Nara by ES Posthumus, no copyright infringement intended...i just like the song! Go get it on itunes?" then they normally just let it slide :)

What a horrible show, no wonder it is gone. Sweeping dumb shots of boring characters looking introspective, while misplaced songs that everyone knows play. Cliche crime crap, just making cheesier what other shows were doing better before them. I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did. There are a lot of shallow easily entertained people, I guess.

@zonip67 For the record, it's gone because it was seven years old and costs were increasing. Another year and they would've had to renegotiate the actors' contracts as well. It also didn't help that it got a bad timeslot in the last season and was delayed up to 45 minutes because of football. I'll admit the cases from season 7, overall, weren't as compelling, but the show was superbly written and acted. I can name you at least a dozen brilliant emmy-worthy eps.
