Sure, McGee is there, but he alone isn't enough. If you don't believe me, go try American McGee's Bad Day in L.A. or American McGee's Grimm. And btw Grimm is developed by the chinese (?!) studio working on Alice 2 right now. I hope it will be a worthy successor, but keep in mind it might disappoint us all.

@sasukedamien you really repeat your self alot... i didnt even bother whit the tim burton one because the original book was so awesome... it's wierd how everybody think the original alice was creepy like other fairy tales. but it really is not. sure there is alot of hidden stuff i probably missed and it was fucking crazy but it was not messed up.
thus i usually tend not to like when they go more adult cuz it's nothing like the original but the american mcgee looks different.i gotta try that.
@sasukedamien the Tim Burton movie was never related to the alice that American Mcgee and Spicy Horse created. They only share the similarity of the authors taking liberties with canon to create their own stories.
I'm actually rather disappointed at the movie. It's not based around the game, but they're talking about remaking it. It won't have this beautiful music in it, most likely. They're just going to kill the name of this perfect game. That's my opinion though...

As far as I know, Burton is making his own film on Alice in Wonderland which is schedule to arrive in 2010. However, all I know of McGee is that they already created Alice in Wonderland and released the game for PC in 2000. With that being successful, next is followed by McGee making "Alice: Through the Looking Glass" w/ the same Deadly Theme for PS3, I believe in 2010...but you'll have to double-check on that.

Who here knows the Duchess in the book? She turns out to be the first boss Alice faces in the game. She appears out of a chimney wearing a stained apron and she's holding a weird type of pepper shaker, seeing that her house is filled with pepper in the original book. In the end, she gets intoxicated with pepper and her head blows up!!!!

Actually there are two movies (three if you count Phantasmagoria by Marilyn Manson) one has Sarah Michelle Geller in it, the other is directed by Tim Burton, which ultimately means that somewhere in there Johnny Depp will pop up...I see him as the mad hatter personally *snickers*
I was a bit disappointed when I found out that Sarah Michelle Geller was in the movie as Alice. I totally agree about Christina Ricci though. Or the young girl from harry potter maybe? Or even maybe Jessica Alba?
Sarah Michelle Gellar isn't that great of an actress for the part she's playing... I don't know how she's gonna make it but we'll see, I just hope it doesn't suck.
& also I can't see her doing a british accent, christina on the other hand would be perfect. Althought I heard they offer ricci the part but she turned it down.
I like how you used some of the original artwork from the books, that was a nice touch.
BTW, for those not yet aware, American McGee and Wes Craven have been collaberating on a movie version of the game, and are slated to make it's release in theaters sometime in July this year. They got Sarah Michelle Geller playing the lead role, and it's looking hot. Check it out on IMDB.

This was amazing and powerful!! I like the dark, twisted, damaged Alices better than the blonde disney version.

wow, didn't know Tim Burton was making an Alice movie too, that's awesome!
Ok I'm not really a huge Burton fan but he's made some good movies and all his stuff is pretty dark and his art direction would fit so well in!

Actually there are two movies (three if you count Phantasmagoria by Marilyn Manson) one has Sarah Michelle Geller in it, the other is directed by Tim Burton, which ultimately means that somewhere in there Johnny Depp will pop up...I see him as the mad hatter personally *snickers*

I was a bit disappointed when I found out that Sarah Michelle Geller was in the movie as Alice. I totally agree about Christina Ricci though. Or the young girl from harry potter maybe? Or even maybe Jessica Alba?

Sarah Michelle Gellar isn't that great of an actress for the part she's playing... I don't know how she's gonna make it but we'll see, I just hope it doesn't suck.

I like how you used some of the original artwork from the books, that was a nice touch.
BTW, for those not yet aware, American McGee and Wes Craven have been collaberating on a movie version of the game, and are slated to make it's release in theaters sometime in July this year. They got Sarah Michelle Geller playing the lead role, and it's looking hot. Check it out on IMDB.
