Being a former Western New Yorker (Niagara Falls Native), we just call these "Wings" or "Chicken Wings". We don't call them "Buffalo Wings", believe it or not. Non-WNY Natives usually say "Buffalo Wings" but folks like I just lovingly call them "Wings". The real thing is HEAVEN! I love Wings!
did you know my comrades that there is a buffalo wings on el salvador? (central america the smallest country) thats my favorite place beside paintball of course so all weekends go to play paintball with friends then when we end hungry we go to buffalos! geez you u.s.a. citizens know how to make food god bless allllll america :)

I bought some of the original sauce from buffalo. man making wings is really easy now just cook the chicken then toss it in the sauce. sooooooo good.
