4sure it exist even up2 now. But I havent heard a German/Japanese WHINE about being picked on or laugh at on TV. the utterance in the video is not about fake diplomas but about doctors who graduated at Philippine medical schools. The way it was said is very clear to mean that those doctors cannot be relied upon.
