The Crusades, Boxer Rebellion, and the Christian Massacre in Japan were religion based. That is the best idea i've ever heard. I'm sure you could get rid of HALF of the budget because there are a lot of programs that are unconstitutional. It makes me sad to realize that in school they taught us about people interpreting the constitution in a 'liberal' fashon or as a 'living' document like it's OK to say "Well, that's good but it doesn't apply to today."
