a lot of this is exactly why people jailbrake their ipod touch/iphone. Apple will gradually update their software towards stuff that other people already made for the cydia store (which is mostly, almost completely, free) yet apple will charge you for the upgrades.

I think 2 cameras on one phone just isn't worth it, if you were to use both at the same time it wouldnt be easy to watch them at the same time but i do think they need to have the camera on a hinge so you have the ability to flip the camera to the front is more reasonable

That's a big deal whether you think so or not. iPhone OS 4 is a different beast than Android or WinMo. iPhone OS is naturally going to be better than the others because Apple knows the limitations of the hardware better than anybody. Apple doesn't release a half baked feature like the other OS' might. Apple doesn't release something until they can perfect it, and they perfected multitasking.

You've never used iPhone app management system right? So What you say doesn't matter. The pre was very slow so who cares if it looked good. Apple says they have managed to allow multitasking without making the phone slow. If multitasking performs better on the iPhone with 256mb of ram, iPhone is best

I have used the Iphone but i like my android phone more to be honest, i had a pre in my hands and true its not very fast, but there isnt a WebOS phone in the netherlands.

multitasking will not happen. Actually, there is a jailbreak app for it. but the problem is, there is so little ram memory power etc that the apps just crash. I doubt apple will do it, until they update the iphone or whatnot. But maybe the ipad? then again it only has about 256 megs of ram lol

When it comes to apps, on my palm pre I can sort apps the way i want in multiple column pages and then scroll down if i have alot of apps on that particular page. I have the '4 apps across' patch installed because i don't think having only 3 apps across is aesthetically pleasing or functional. But i do like having a 'Games' page and being able to scroll down if i have more than 16 games, which i do. I love my palm pre.
