Yarmouth is great for holiday makers who want a nice, quiet break with their family but for the people who live here its not really exciting, were so used to the seafront there's nothing for us to do on it, but the atmosphere is good in the summer, it is a nice place to live at times but maybe there's not enough for the people that actually live here. can't say its an awful place to live though

I played all golf courses I could find there, Pirate's Cove, the adventure golf course, Arnold Palmer's Putting Course and the crappy Crazy Indoor Golf.

Didn't like Gt. Yarmouth though, the houses looked too old and too many game halls, smelled bad some times too.

I know everyone has a pop at the place where they grew up, but yarmouth really is a large diseased anus of a town. Slack jawed, unemployable, violent, nasty, tacky, horrible place. Hopefully with global warming this terrible town and all its inhabitants will be consumed by the cold dirty sea that laps its foul shore.

Yeah, there is something depressing about seaside resort type towns. I suppose its the unemployment and the seasonal work, no industry and bad wages. Anyone with any motivation moves away i guess. Mind you there are some fantastic seaside towns. Im sorry for leaving a less then lovely comment, but i cant think of one nice thing to say about this town. Its not about the worst people being attracted to yarmouth, the real scum were bred and raised here.

hi, i have been going to great yarmouth ever since i was 13 months old, and i am now 13 years old!! i go every year, and i only came back yesterday!! (2nd august 08) every year when i have to leave, i cry because it is just so fun there, and i never want to leave!! i had an amazing week and the weather was the best i have seen there before!! i went to the pleasure beach twice with my cousin, and it was really fun!! (it's a shame i have to wait until next year to have that much fun!) :(

The times I've played that crazy golf course, going mainly for the view of the crashed aeroplane, of course!! Nice to see a very familiar place, but this summer we're NOT going back, but will head for Bournemouth instead! It will be a new place for me and my son, and my wife hasn't been for over 40 years, so it's almost new to her as well.. :)

Now that is a Crazy golf course, I do play golf a few times a year, you were using the right over left grip and have attached the video of my trip to London dec 2006 for a Tottenham game, seems appropriate.

Yes thats the way I started when smaller, grip was fine, I want to play that Crazy golf course, you should come to Tramore Beach, Co Waterford 7 miles from my home, it looked very similar.
